Overview of the Capital Planning System
This electronic capital planning system is used by all Kentucky state agencies to prepare and submit their six year capital plans to the Capital Planning Advisory Board (CPAB) of the General Assembly pursuant to KRS Chapter 7A. The plans are due on April 15 of each odd-numbered year and are used by the Board to develop its Statewide Capital Improvements Plan, which must be completed by November 1 of each odd-numbered year.

Access to the system is available only to those individuals who have been designated by their respective agencies and reported to CPAB staff.  

ANNOUNCEMENTS
The Capital Planning System is currently closed to further changes to the 2008-2014 plans.
Users may still access the system in order to view and print reports as needed.
